So far, “everybody has been wonderfully complimentary and has sent us very nice emails and a lot of people have been back,” Chris said. He also credits the restaurant’s landlord, The Durst Organization, with helping to make getting off the ground running a breeze. “Durst has been one of the most collaborative and thoughtful [landlords] in terms of wanting it to work, and wanting to put something in [the space],” he said.
